Pendleton UAS Range (PUR) and Gambit have partnered to deliver Red Force as a Service for counter-UAS testing, validation, and operator training. The two organizations plan a live demonstration on April 23 at PUR in northeast Oregon.
Growing Need for Realistic Counter-UAS Testing
Demand for counter-UAS systems continues to rise across military, federal, and critical infrastructure sectors. That growth has intensified the need for structured, real-world evaluation environments. Red Force as a Service at Pendleton provides exactly that. The capability allows cUAS developers and end users to test products against coordinated multi-drone threat scenarios. Teams can validate detection performance, prioritization logic, engagement workflows, and operator readiness before deployment.

Gambit Provides Adaptive Drone Intelligence
Gambit contributes behavior-based intelligence for autonomous systems. Its platform lets operators define mission parameters and assign behaviors. The software then translates that intent into distributed, real-time execution across drone fleets. The technology enables heterogeneous UAS to operate as coordinated units. This supports cUAS integration without adding operator burden.

April 23 Demonstration
The April 23 event will showcase Red Force as a Service in action. Attendees will observe coordinated threat scenarios designed to stress-test counter-UAS systems. Counter-UAS manufacturers, military and federal agencies, critical infrastructure operators, and media are invited to attend.
All Red Team events default to non-kinetic operations. Kinetic activities require specific approvals and authorities. PUR conducts all operations under established safety, risk mitigation, and regulatory compliance frameworks.
